Hometown Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation in an environment that fosters healing and wellness. It is the goal of all the physicians, nursing staff and therapists to help restore residents to their highest possible level of strength and independence. Unlike other nursing homes in the area, Hometown is proud to help many of its patients return home after successful rehabilitation.

The facility is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and is fully staffed by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurse Assistants, Therapists and other licensed health professionals to ensure skilled, quality care.
